Monitoring and evaluation mechanisms and frequencyThe SURE-Ps’ Community Service Scheme, Women and Youth Empowerment (CSWYE) Programme possesses a strong institutional framework to guarantee the quality and cost-effectiveness of its involvement in Infrastructure Projects and Social Safety Net Programmes. The SURE-P M&E Team collaborates closely with the National Planning Commission (M&E Department) and receives assistance from DFID consultants to ensure that all SURE-P interventions undergo the necessary examination to meet the required standards for project and programme delivery. Through this collaboration, the Nigerian taxpayer can have confidence in SURE-P's commitment to enhancing the delivery of public sector services and maximizing value for money.
